Herzogenaurach, Germany (25 February, 2016) – Global Sports Brand PUMA has joined forces with Warner Bros. Consumer Products, on behalf of DC Entertainment to create a kids collection inspired by one of the world’s most iconic Super Heroes, Superman.

Since first capturing the attention of kids and adults across the globe in 1938, DC Comics’ Superman’s “S-Shield” has become one of the world’s most iconic and recognizable symbols representing the courage, strength and power Superman possesses.

For the hero-in-training, the PUMA x Superman collaboration includes classic footwear styles in mini versions, all of which are available in Superman’s suit colourways and feature the iconic “S-Shield” on the reverse. Available for boys and girls from age 2 to 12 years, PUMA’s iconic silhouettes including the Suede, Carson Runner and Cabana Racer have all been given a heroic treatment with a modern Superman graphic on the side and logo insole.

For the ultimate DC Comics Super Hero look, the collection also features fun accessories including the Cape Backpack, as well as a range of apparel and graphic t-shirts for boys and girls. Boys can choose from styles featuring images of Superman flying in his red, yellow and blue uniform or the iconic “S-Shield.” Girls can opt for more feminine Supergirl styles in pink, grey and red. For the miniature Super Hero, the Superbaby sets for boys and girls ensure comfort and style thanks to their heroic design inspiration.

The PUMA x Superman collection will be available in PUMA stores, PUMA.com and select kid’s stores globally, beginning in February 2016.
